We are delighted to announce Ambroise Crêvecoeur, Partner, B2AI (on the left), and and Ruben Van Daele, Finance Director, Bopro (on the right) have been appointed as the new NEXT Co-Chairs of ULI Belgium & Luxembourg.  Their term began on 16 September 2024 and will serve on a voluntary basis for the next two years.

As chairs of the ULI NEXT group in Belgium & Luxembourg, Ambroise and Ruben intend define a solid leading group in NEXT, committed on ULI and offering different perspectives coming from diverse backgrounds.

ULI’s mission is to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide and the NEXT group in Europe supports that mission by identifying, connecting, and elevating the next generation of leaders.

The ULI NEXT programme is open to all real estate professionals between the age of 35 and 45 to foster leadership opportunities within ULI and the real estate industry more broadly. NEXT provides excellent opportunities to connect and elevate its members to become the next generation of industry leaders.
