The project to complete the Antwerp Ring and to cover it in certain areas is an extremely ambitious undertaking, and it has been part of the fabric of life of the City of Antwerp for a long time. On 3 July 2021, the ULI Belgium Infrastructure and Transit-Oriented Development Product Council explored not only the details of what is proposed (and underway) but more importantly how such a mega-project in the public domain needs to be approached.
