Mentorship Programme
As part of ULI’s mission priorities to educate the next generation of diverse real estate leaders, ULI Belgium & Luxembourg is launching the Mentorship Programme, joining the network of ULI Europe National Councils that run the initiative.
Through this initiative, we aim to facilitate best practices and knowledge sharing between generations by convening senior seasoned professionals and young leaders. This cross-disciplinary and cross-generational collaboration will provide a platform for bridging the gap and sharing opinions, experiences, and advice, fostering mutual growth and development.
Programme Principles
The programme is built on the motivation and commitment of both mentees (you) and mentors and covers the following principles:
Motivation: A proactive attitude towards the mentoring process.
Engagement: Dedication to scheduled meetings and active participation.
Responsiveness: Timely and clear communication.
Preparation: Thoughtful planning for each meeting.
Mentors will meet with their mentees at least three times during the programme, from September 2025 to June 2026. The meeting frequency and format will be mutually agreed upon by each mentor-mentee pair.
Programme Benefits
Participating in the Mentorship Programme offers numerous opportunities:
Access to industry leaders for sustained, meaningful engagement.
Insights into the journeys, successes, and lessons learned by market leaders.
A chance to share your vision and challenge established perspectives with fresh ideas.
Guidance on your career progression and long-term development (5–10 years).
Open conversations with professionals from diverse real estate subsectors to broaden your perspective.
