Product Councils
Product Councils serve as think tanks where industry leaders meet to exchange ideas, share best practices, and foster thought leadership in their specific sector of the real estate market under the Chatham House Rule. ULI Product Councils operate at the European and National levels to meet specific needs.
ULI Belgium & Luxembourg has three active Product Councils and one in the pipeline.
The councils meet three times a year to debate issues, discuss trends in a confidential and collaborative environment, and undertake a range of other thought leadership initiatives.
ULI Belgium & Luxembourg Product Councils:
- Affordable Housing Council
- Living Concepts Council
- Office Spaces Council
- Sustainability Council (to be launched in 2026)
How to join?
To join the National Product Council, you need to become a full member of ULI, either as an individual or through your company’s corporate package.
Membership for Councils is selective. Criteria include but are not limited to:
- Number of available seats on a Council (membership capped at 50 to ensure quality of personal interaction)
- The professional role and geographic region of the applicant are compared to their current representation on the Council.
