    Lynn works as Development Director with responsibility for the strategic management and financial oversight of Europa Capital’s UK and European developments. Europa Capital is majority owned by Mitsubishi Estate Co. Ltd , one of the world’s largest real estate groups, which is a strategic investor alongside Management. Lynn has over 20 years of development experience from leading investment managers and developers including Aviva Investors and M&G Real Estate. She is also a regional judge for the British Council for Offices and supports The Duke of Edinburgh Awards being a qualified Lowland Leader.

    Susanne Eickermann-Riepe FRICS is Chair of the Advisory Board at RICS Germany, a global professional body with over 130.000 members globally (www.rics.org) and Chair of the Board of the ICG Institute (www.icg-institute.de) which works on Standards, Values and Sustainability to improve good governance in the real estate industry. She had been a partner at PwC for nearly 20 years, headed the German Real Estate Business and was part of the EMEA and Global Leadership team. She drives innovations in the real estate industry with the IMPACT format on the Builtword Leading Innovation platform (www.builtworld.com) and she works as an independent senior executive advisor and holds advisory board and supervisory board mandates.

    Sara Anzinger

    Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, Measurabl

    Sara Anzinger is Measurabl’s senior vice president of Capital Markets. Before joining Measurabl, Sara drove the development and implementation of Fitch Ratings' Sustainable Finance initiative in the Americas, and served as Managing Director of Real Estate Debt and Fixed Income at GRESB. Sara has worked for Royal Bank of Canada and PNC Bank and spent much of her career in commercial real estate banking and structured finance. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Rollins College and an MSc in International Finance from the University of Amsterdam.

    Adam Targowski holds position of Environmental Director in office development part of Skanska operating in Central and Eastern Europe. Adam team is responsible for setting up project ambition and KPIs in the field of sustainability as well as certification processes. Team is supporting project teams in implementing solutions that reduce carbon footprint, ensure energy efficiency and support Health & Wellbeing, that make sure that indoor environment as well as atmosphere help users to feel good and work with highest productivity. Team supports also Placemaking processes to make sure that building surrounding is friendly not only for office users but also for local communities. Team supports tenants in creating awareness of sustainability, healthy lifestyle and innovations that support it among employees. Recently team is focused on ESG and achieving climate neutrality of Skanska by 2045. Adam Targowski joined Skanska in as Project Leader. His experience is related to cooperation with Go4Energy providing consulting and training in the field of sustainable development, energy efficiency, responsible use of resources and multicriteria certification. January 1, 2016 Adam took over role of Sustainable Development Manager and in 2021 Environmental Director in Skanska Commercial Development Europe. Adam is involved in many organizations promoting sustainable development in the CEE region: RICS, Urban Land Institute and Polish Green Building Council where he serves as Advisory Board Member.
