- Written cancellation and refund requests received at ULI at least 30 days prior to the event will be awarded a full refund minus a €50 processing fee.
- No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received from 29 June 2023
- Registration may be transferred to another member of your organisation who is eligible to attend. Fee adjustments will be made, if necessary, based on ULI membership status.
- Verbal requests for cancellations and refunds will not be accepted; all requests must be made in writing to [email protected]
